14th September - Plots 8 & 9 connections being established
20th August 2022 - Curb and utilities trench
27th August - Utilities getting installed
21st May - last manhole complete
13th May - Final manhole ready for concrete base pour on Monday
4th May - Entrance Road tarmacked
29th April - Road being prepared for tarmack and neighbours garage drives concreted
8th April - Drainage pipes laid, last manhole to install and road curbs have started
1st April - Drainage extending into site and 1st road drain ready
29th March - Drainage continues
25th March - More Drainage holes …
10th March - Drainage in Entrance Road started and Retaining wall next o Neighbours land progressing
4th March - Drainage progressing and Plot 4 side retaining wall

Main drains from hammerhead complete
Retaining wall at side of plot 4 foundations
25th February - Hammerhead drain and west drains in ready for intersection manhole to be installed
18th February - Wet and Muddy - not safe to continue once boots got left behind in the mud
12th February - Drainage and Plot 5 foundations continue
4th February 2022 - Drainage started and foundations for plot 5 being prepared
27th January 2022 - Groundworks preparation for plots 3, 4 and 5
